We are Emke and Patrick Giesen — a Dutch family living in Altea, Costa Blanca. From our own experience we know what it means to manage a property from a distance, and that is exactly what we put to work for our clients. With local knowledge, short lines of communication and genuine involvement, you can entrust your property to us with complete confidence.

Costakey-Holding keeps an eye on your property while you are away. We inspect your property from front to back, carry out the agreed tasks and report everything back to you. Your property, always in good hands.

Cleaning service
We clean your property thoroughly, whether you are arriving yourself or expecting guests. You walk into a home that is fresh and ready.
⚠️ Prices are indicative
Our prices are a guideline. Every property is different — whether it is an apartment, a villa or a finca. That is why we always visit in person first, so we can give you a fair price that fits your situation. All rates include cleaning products and materials.
Practical tip on linen: For a smooth changeover we recommend having at least 3 sets of linen per person — one in use, one in the wash and one ready in the cupboard. That way a same-day turnaround always runs flawlessly.
Dry cleaning costs are charged afterwards, based on actual expenses.
Pet surcharge — € 15,-
We love animals — and so does a clean property. Pets simply leave a few more traces behind, so the cleaning takes a little extra care. That is why we charge a small surcharge of € 15,- for every stay with a pet, so we can leave the property spotless for the next guest.
Deep cleaning on request
Sometimes more is needed. A stubborn oven, a greasy extractor hood, a limescaled shower, windows that need doing properly, the barbecue or the dishwasher — we take care of it. After a personal inspection you receive a tailored quote from us, with no obligation.
For landlords
Do you rent out your property? We welcome your guests and are their point of contact for as long as they stay — so you do not have to be.
We are there when your guests arrive: handing over the keys, explaining the appliances and giving them a warm welcome. On departure we carry out the final inspection and take care of a fair deposit assessment.
For check-ins before 07:00 or after 20:00, or on Sundays and public holidays, we charge a fee of € 30,-. This amount is to be paid in cash by the tenant upon arrival.
Arriving at a house where the fridge is already stocked: we do the shopping beforehand, whether you are coming yourself or your tenants are arriving. We offer this alongside one of our other services. The groceries are charged at cost price, plus a fee for collecting and putting them away.
Weekly service
Crystal clear water, every week. We take care of the complete maintenance of your pool — chemicals, cleaning and water control included.
We come by weekly as standard. A different frequency can be arranged: in the winter months once every two weeks is often enough, depending on your installation and the position of the pool. We will look at this with you during the viewing.
In Benissa, Moraira and the surrounding area we work on fixed days, so that we can take several pools in one round. Do ask us about the options for your property. If you only have pool maintenance in Benissa or Moraira, we charge a € 15,- call-out fee per visit (incl. IVA). If you combine the pool with another service, this fee is waived.
Combining the pool with property care or cleaning? Then we do it in one visit — and that brings the price down.
Maintenance & Repairs
No need to worry while you are away. We are your extra pair of hands on the Costa Blanca — everything arranged, that is what we are good at. In short: your property stays well maintained. We charge a minimum of one hour, even if the job is done sooner. If you live a little further away we plan a minimum of two hours — which we like to fill with several jobs at once, so you get the most out of it.
Additional services
When an alarm goes off, your security company responds straight away; we are their point of contact. After an alarm or a heavy storm, we come to check in person as soon as possible, at the latest the next day. We check the house and the outdoor space carefully for damage or break-in and let you know straight away what we find, with photographs. The first call-out each year is included; after that € 35,- per visit. We offer this service to regular clients only.
We professionally clean terraces, driveways, garden furniture and pool covers with a high-pressure cleaner. Your outdoor space will always look spotless — even when you're not there yourself.
A southern wind brings Saharan dust with it. It leaves a dull film on your terrace, windows and pool edge. Add rain and it bonds to the surface, beyond what a cloth can shift. We wash it off as soon as the weather allows.
We like to combine. While we take care of the pool, we go through the property inside and out at the same time. One trip, everything sorted at once — and that brings the price down. Taking several services? Ask us for a tailored proposal.
We open gates and doors for contractors and tradespeople, supervise major maintenance and keep track of progress. Afterwards we lock everything up again.
We take you comfortably to Alicante Airport — or pick you up on arrival. No stress, no parking, no surprises. We set off from Altea; if you live in Calpe, Albir or elsewhere in the region, the price is adjusted accordingly. Maximum 2 passengers with luggage. The price is per one-way trip, out or back. If you book both ways, that counts as two trips. Available day and night, subject to advance booking. We offer this service to regular clients only.

Five steps, no surprises. You know exactly what to expect beforehand.
Call, message or email us. Tell us briefly where your property is and which services you are interested in. Call and we usually pick up straight away. Send a WhatsApp and we reply quickly. Email and you will have an answer within one working day — in your own language: Dutch, English or Spanish.
We take a look at the property and take our time to discuss which services make sense for you. That gives you a clear picture straight away of what we can do for you.
We set out what we can do for you and what it costs. That may be keyholding with a monthly check alone, or the pool, the cleaning, small jobs or welcoming your tenants as well. You choose what suits you and decide in your own time, with no obligation.
Once you agree, we set out the arrangements in writing and take your keys into safekeeping. Your keys and alarm code are stored securely, with no address or name on the label.
Once everything is agreed, we take over. We carry out the services you have chosen and keep you informed with a report and photographs by email or WhatsApp. From then on it is all taken off your plate — you no longer need to come over for it yourself.
